Guys can anyone tell me how to contact vac new Delhi. My passport was processed but when I tracked on blue dart site, it is showing that shipment returned back to the shipper.

Call bluedart or go to bluedart. Give them tracking number. They can only tell what is the issue and where it got delivered.
