Hi Guys, need some help understanding this e-mail. I send an e-mail to my representative about my application process and that's the anwers he get's from Guatemala embassy.Is this meaning I'm going to get my AOR soon ?

Hi Lizeth,

The Canadian Embassy in Guatemala has received your application and it is currently awaiting assessment. They cannot provide a definite timeline as to when the file will be finalized, but it may not be until next year when your file is fully processed.

It seems you are heading towards 'In Process" and this e-mail it's a kind of AOR.
In some cases, AOR is sent by e-mail instead of an mail.

@ Sandeep...u submitted your passport to VO on 25.10.2010..last year and since then VO is keeping it to issue visa to you?

What if in the meanwhile one has to travel overseas urgently? How would one do that in this kind of situation?
