I applied for the temporary resident visa from Canada like 8 months ago, no response yet ( i've graduated from Canada and currently work in Canada ). i apllied for GCMS note

my Note No. 4 is
text : satisfies to issue pending info from partners. ( what does it mean by partners, is it security background check?)

Note No. 5: person(s)/institution(s) I will visit ( name of the compnay I work for ) ,( address of the compnay)
Note No. 6:person(s)/institution(s) I will visit ( name of my sibling who lives in canada) ,( my sibling's address)


does any one of you have any idea what are these?

You've not provided anywhere near enough context to understand your reasons for rejection. You've pasted very specific parts of your GCMS notes without actually sharing the reasons for rejection, which are near the end of the document.

Notes 5 and 6 are merely places and people you said you would visit, in your initial application.

Note 4 means that the officer, at one point, had been waiting for information from security partners or other countries. It's standard.
