do I need to explain withdrawal of previous EE profile in the LOE?
I had withdrawn my EE profile on which I had received an ITA last month and then created a new EE on which I revived a new ITA last week, I will be sending this one, however, do I need to explain why I withdrew the earlier EE profile. My medical test was on previous ita and I will be submitting that.
Please advise.

Also just a friendly advise for next time - always title your post with appropriate wording so anyone in future can reference to it :)
