I need to know should i send all educational documents for WES Attestation or Should i Send my last Degree for WES Attestation.

The cost is the same wether you send only one or multiple degrees for evaluation. You can send all to see if you may qualify for more points for having more than one degree. Some provincial nomination programs require you to provide ECA for all degrees.
