Hi, Guys,
I am new to this forum and I will appreciate your help regarding my case.
I have done B.Pharm in June 2007 from India. Ater that I applied for study permit to Canada.
I have been refused twice and there were two reasons. 1: Insufficient Fund 2: Irrelevent Course
Afterwords, I applied for F-1 visa to USA and I got it in Jan 2008.
Now, I will finish my Master in Dec 2010.
I am thinking of getting admission in Post Graduate Certificate course at Seneca College and getting a student visa in Jan 2011. This course is relevent to my Master.

IS THERE ANY CHANCE OF ME GETTING STUDENT VISA HAVING THIS SITUATION?????

what about acceptance letter from the seneca college???? have you received it???

well, I have received my acceptance letter and my sister who lives in Canada is going to be my sponser.

Now it totally depends on how you present the case to the embassy. This includes your bank statement, your interview/SOP etc.
If everything is ok then no problem of getting visa.

What is the status of your sister in Canada?
