I left canada 5 year ago because of a negative refugee case. I have a Canadian born child and he is having serious problems with his skin from mosquito bites and some times he is even hospitalized because his skin get infected and it give him a high temperature. So im wondering if i can apply for Humanitarian and compassionate grounds outside of Canada so I can return to canada with my son who is only 6.
