Need help!!

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone help me with following question.

I had submitted my OINP application this month and I received an ITA last week. My status has changed to 'Decision in Progress' today.

I want to go ahead with ITA but Is it required that we notify OINP about ITA and withdraw the application before submitting to IRCC or I can wait until I submit the application.

Problem is if I get a nomination before submitting my IRCC application will it cause any issues. Anyone faced similar situation can please suggest if you have withdrawn the OINP application.

According to http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL_FAQ.html

If you wish to proceed with the ITA and withdraw your application for nomination you must notify MCI (see section on withdrawing an application)

And about withdrawing applications, they say this:

Applicants can request a withdrawal of their application at any stage. The request will be considered and you will be notified when a decision is made. Application withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing by mail to the address below; include in your request your full name, date of birth, and Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) file number (if applicable).
Application fees are non-refundable. The province of Ontario charges fees to partially recover the cost of administering the OINP. Since the application fee helps pay for the cost of processing applications, it will not be refunded even if the application is not successful, or if you withdraw the application at any stage of the process, or if the province cancels or withdraws the nomination.
