Hello everyone

i think i have a big problem here i submitted my express entry profile on jan 11 but before i got applied i got an email from jobbank that my account is being deactivated due to inactivity. Now i am trying to validate but it gives the this error.

"You do not have access to this application
[You do not have access to the Job Bank for Employers. If you believe that you should have access, please contact the Job Bank[/b]"

I am so tensed as i already applied and have fear that my application could get rejected just because of this can anyone help???
 
Try and sign in to your Job Bank to ensure status is 'Active'. Then send a Case Specific Enquiry to CIC just as a back-up.

I don't understand why you say 'Job Bank for Employers'? Employers for those who post jobs not for candidates looking for it.

You should have a profile as a candidate.
