Lots of people like you have been waiting for a loooong time. I have been waiting for AOR since the beginning of August 2014, and nothing since then. The only answer they provide through email is that 'they have the application, and will be contacted in any case needed'. So it's almost inevitable to avoid the expiration of the certificate you have. If you call them, they will provide you an email and you can send your request, but it won't give you any tangible result for sure.

Just have to wait more. There are some cases (friends of friends) from Calgary where the PR applications are returned to applications untouched (applicants from October 2014) and unprocessed. They basically say 'our quote has reached the limit for PR, please apply through Express Entry'. That's a big concern for us, but there is nothing we can do to avoid it since they intentionally do it.

or google.u really need to ask them . if your
sinp expired they might ask to give them new one.
i heard one case. they really dont care abt the important
of our file. such a unpredictable department.
