somehow i cant download adobe reader 10 in my system.. can i fill forms in adobe 9 and take print out.
although the cic website shows that u should have adobe 10 or higher. please help

if u can fill up the form and validate it, should be good. but recommend to get latest adobe reader

Any version of Adobe Reader that opens the forms is ok to use. Just fill the forms and print out. If any of the forms doesnt open with your current version of Adobe Reader, then you have to find a way to download the latest version.
