Hi
I am Canadian born to Canada, i moved to Europe when i was 4 now im 30 and im back to Canada.
I have a girlfriend ( we not married ) that would like to bring here with me shes Romanian.

Whats the easiest way for this to happend?
Whats the steps i have to take?

If you have lived with her as a couple for 12 months or longer, you can sponsor her as a common law partner. Otherwise, you'd have to marry her and sponsor as your wife.

You can find the forms here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp

Hi ghanks for replaying..
We havent stayed together for more than 12 months
And to married her is not an option for me as im in Canada now and shes in Europe.

If you don't live together for 12 months or get married, you can't sponsor her.

You should go back to Europe to get married, or she could travel to Canada to marry, and then apply for her PR as a married spouse.

Agreed. If you are not married and you haven't lived together as a couple for 12 months, then you can not sponsor her.

You will have to go back or she will have to come to you.

does she need visa to come here and get married?
or she can visit as tourist?

and if we get married lets say tomorrow she can start working from when?

Romanians need a visa to visit Canada. If she gets a visa and you get married in Canada, there will still be a long time until she can work. You will have to apply to sponsor her for PR. You have a choice of two ways to apply. One in inland where she must be committed to stay in Canada for the duration of the processing. She can expect first stage approval in around 8 months at which time she can apply for an open work permit which may take a month to grant and after that she can work. The average time to wait for PR after first stage approval is around 8 more months. On the other hand, you can apply outland where it doesn't matter where she is. She can stay with you in Canada or go back. The processing time for that is 14 months, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/fc-spouses.asp#europe and she would not be able to work in that case until she gets her PR.

If she can't get a visa, you will have to go back and marry her. You can then apply to sponsor her outland and she can enter Canada when she gets her PR.
