Sorry but as far as I know you cannot sponsor your siblings..your sister does not qualify for Family Class Sponsorship...spouse, dependent children are Family Class...there are other ways you can become a PR but applying under family class is not one of them...
Good Luck

Are your parents alive?

Take up a skilled trade for 2 years, apply as provincial nominee, almost guaranteed entry to canada because the LMO will be very positive.

yah my parents alive , living with me in pakistan .
I do not understand what do u mean , are u asking from me to apply for work visa ? I dont knw any1 who can get jon sponsor or lmo for me , my brother is having his own bakery in toronto city but it was not registered.
I have seen 1 of my neighbour who married their then apply for family pr which was successfull.,another example my brother in law brother married in pakistan and his wife also call his brother in canada.

Does your sister have any family members in Canada?

OPs sister is a PR in Canada, and their parents are alive. he posted on several threads already. He cannot apply under family sponsorship.

Isn't there that exception if the OP's sister has no family members in Canada? The "lonely" immigrant rule?

she married there , i still surprise as i have seen many cases that sister can sponsor , dnt knw exact visa sponship class , will update after asking from concern who applied before.

doesnt apply. "If you are a Canadian Landed Immigrant or Citizen who is living in Canada who has no other relative in Canada, and no other relative living in the home country or elsewhere who is eligible to be sponsored, you can sponsor a family member who is normally not eligible." as the OP stated their parents are alive, and now in addition that his sister is married and has a spouse in Canada.

siblings can be sponsored via family class ONLY if they are orphaned. Sorry.

The only way you would qualify to have your sister sponsor you, was if she were sponsoring your parents and you were a qualifying dependent of your parents. At age 29, you are not a dependent so you will need to find another way to immigration to Canada as the family stream is not an option for you.
