I need help here , actually here is the scenario:-
I have to travel to UK to meet my gf for a month visit, and I have arranged my Visa for the same but the only problem here is I have student visa valid till march 31 -2014 and I'm planning to visit in month of January once my college course is completed in December second week .
Would there be a problem for me to return back to Canada as my student visa is only valid till march 31 and i'm no longer a student . I have to apply for Post study work permit ,so should I apply it and travel in January or should apply once I return in end of January .
