ok i am married to Canadian citizen, she is in Canada now and i am in my home country with my parents.
she wants divorce now unfortunately.
i was deported from Canada back in 2011 as failed refugee....my question is is there any way i can come back without my wife. i wana be there to fix my marriage. there is nothing much i do to make things work for us in long distance.
my friend is Toronto have been supporting me even since i was deported.
i seek kind help from professionals here. thank u in advance.

Unfortunately as a failed refugee, chances of you getting any type of temporary visa (visitor, work, study) is low. You can ask your friend to invite you and try to apply - but I would only do it if you can afford to gamble the fee.

To return permanently, you need to seek permanent residence through a program such as Federal Skilled Worker.

Very sorry to hear of your troubles. Best of luck. :)
