I need to know something very urgently. I married in 2007 and get divorced in July 2012. My x-wife sponsored me for the PR which I got in 2009 December. If I get married again now in different country then can I sponsor my wife to come in Canada or I have to wait upto 2014 December to apply. If I cant sponsor her now then is there any other option for her to come in Canada with visitor visa or something??? Plz someone very experienced give me the suggestion...

Not sure, but if you are getting married this close to your previous divorce and apply right away, i can imagine the the Immigration Officer being extra suspicious of your case.

That doesn't mean you wouldn't be allowed though.

Since you yourself were sponsored by your wife through family class - you cannot sponsor your new wife until 5 years after your landing date (i.e. 2014).

Your wife can certainly try applying for a tourist visa. However this only allows a temporary stay and there's no guarantee of approval. She could try applying for a study visa (check the International Students section of this forum for more information). If she can find an employer, a work visa might also be possible. Or she could try qualifying for immigration independently through one of the skilled worker/provincial programs.

However you definitely cannot sponsor her until 2014. No point in even trying - it will be an automatic refusal.
