I've checked many posts in the forum but still can not fix the issue in my application, could someone please help advise?

Here is what I put on that page:

Education:
2016/09 - 2019/05
2012/09 - 2016/06

Past 10 year activity
2019/06 - now (ongoing)
2019/05 - 2019/06 unemployed, gap between school and work
2016/06 - 2016/09 unemployed, gap between school and work
