Need help with SOP and Study permit refusal

Hello friends,

I recently got refusal for my study permit visa application for September 2022 intake. I got admission acceptance in University of Manitoba under SDS category. I have paid for $ 20,000 first year tuition fees and $10,200 GIC certificate. The reason for refusal is " The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application." I am looking to put up an application again for January 2023 intake. . I am recently grade 12 pass science student and have no work experience, my parents showed enough funds in the first application and my IELTS score was 6.5 overall.

Program - Bachelors of Applied Science
Major - Systems Engineering General

I tried to do some research about SOP based on my area of study but have not found much. I am confused wheather my SOP should include more about applied science as program or should it be more about systems engineering general ? If anyone can kindly help me with SOP based on my area of study or share any references, that would be very much helpful.

Also, Considering I am fresher grade 12 pass, How should I show strong ties to my home country since I don't have Job there ?

Order GCMS notes because reasons can mean many things - funds, no reason to study in Canada etc. Assuming it is a 4 year program so how will you pay the $80k in tuition plus $40k living expenses (minimum)? You need to justify the costs of the program with the high pay job opportunities you will have.
