Need help with some question's on form

Hello

My Canadian citizen wife is sponsoring me for PR

Can I someone help me to answer correctly on these questions just stuck.

* Form IMM0008

* question 12 - previous residence . during the past 5 years have you lived in another country other then your country of citizenship or your current current for more then 6 month.


Since getting married I have stayed in Canada under my tourist visa 5 months 2 weeks then left the country then came back to Canada a week later and given another 6 month visa and left 5 months 2 weeks later.

so on this question what should I write - should I say I was in Canada for a year? as not sure as I never stayed for 6 months or longer on each visit?


* what should i say in national id document I'm from UK i don't think we get one?


* FORM IMM5669 list all address where you have lived since yur 18th birthday or past 10- years

before I got married my wife and I signed a lease for a condo in Vancouver do I have to list that address now?

Hey,

the process is stressful indeed, but it will go well!

*national ID - if you don't have one, don't put anything, no worries.
*addresses: if you're living in the new place in Vancouver, list it as well. It should be an accurate reflexion of all the places you have lived, including the one where you are currently living at.
*question 12: you can put the total 12 months in Canada, and attach an explanation of your case, especially if at that time you were staying with your wife/maybe gf at the time, so they can see that your relationship history is making sense.

April 2012 we married

so I stayed in Canada tourist from feb 2012 to July 2012 then again August 2012 to January 2013 do I need a police report for my stay in Canada or just one from england where I'm from

England only, if they need one from Canada they will be able to get it themselves.
