Need help with Skilled labour immigration

I have submitted eca credentials and cleared university documents, also have weightage for my 10+ years of IT administration profile but expecting scores in IELTS/CELPIP 4 times totally. Tried attempting two times celpip and got same score values of 5 over all. Could anyone help me how to proceed further proceed further with skilled labour immigration?
PS:My immigration consultant is also helpless here

I would focus on further and concentrated English studies and improve your English so that you can achieve a better score.

I've done better while attempting and handling US customers everyday in current employment. But still the results are helpless. I would request your suggestion if I can apply with spouse's experience and what if she also get 5.5 band overall. Will this ia enough to submit express entry? She is also holding IT experience of 6 years.

What level of education has she completed? I don't think you'll score enough points to have a chance of being selected.
