Need help with passport request

Hi.

Anyone can help me with my query. The Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi, UAE requested for my passport and hence I submitted via courier with prepaid airway bill as well on November 24, 2010 but until now I haven't heard any news from the Embassy. Is it okay to send email inquiry? How long does it take for them to send my passport back?

did you receive the acknowledgment? means first track the courier company for your passport acknowledgment.
