Need Help with Ontario Immigration Express

My futur employee is willing to hire me , but he's not well informed about the procedure so am i , what i understand is either i have to get LMIA or
get a nomination to the province of ontario, LMIA will be very difficult to get so i'm betting on PNP.
i have an IELTS exams in like 2 weeks , can you guys help me with the procedure and explain in detail what i should do immediately ?

You cannot bet on Ontario PNP as it is closed for the moment. Wait for them to start inviting applicants to apply for nomination.
