Hello Everyone,

I need some guidance to complete my husband's Spousal application. currently, I am working on Imm 5669, Personal History section,

my husband is currently on study permit but did not go to college. in 2021.
for his most recent activity, should I mention Activity as a student or mention Not Working

Also, He had a co-op during the program as well. for that Should I mention about Co-op (from 2019-09--2020 03) in different row or 2016-2020 - study history will be enough?

Below are details of his activity:

2021-01-01
on goingcurrently enorolled in but not attending school/not working student
2020-12-01
2020-01-01
Implied status(applied for extension) & Working Study permit
2020-082020-11unemployed
2020-03-01
2020-08-01
full time work after study completedCo-op Permit and study permit
2019-092020-03Co-opco-op permit
2016-05-01
2020-06-01
Completed Program (Where extended study permit 1 time and Worked on Co-op )student
2016-01-01
2016-04-01
unemployed/Changed collegestudent

Please advise what should I do in this situation

They want his actual history not the history of his permits.
Answer as the truth (e.g. study permit but didn't study means not working, instead of studying).
If you think filling in the form doesn't explain all his activities, then add a letter of explaination.

sounds good @YVR123

Thank you so much for your advice!!!

Just one more question!

For his study from 2016-2020 and also part-time work during this time period 2018 -06 to 2018-09 need to be mentioned separately or
2016-2020 Activity- Education should be sufficient
