i have recently got my e-APR and I am applying to OBWP. I have to fill out the form IM5710. I have few Questions in this form.
Question 3. I am applying for ... 1. A work permit with the same employer 2. An initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer 3. Restoration of your status as worker 4. Temporary resident permit
I am not working now and looking for a new employer... can I choose the second option? Although I am not applying for a new work permit.. If i choose option 4, the form does not let me validate it, I then require to choose one of first or second options.
in section DETAIL OF WORK IN CANADA
Shall I answer Q3 and 4. It was mentioned in the application guide " If you chose "Open work permit" or "Post Graduation Work Permit", no further information regarding your employer is required. These work permits are not employer specific and this information is not required" Does that also incllude Q.3 and 4 ?
In BACKGROUND INFORMATION section:
Have you previously applied to remain or enter in Canada? If yes provide detail..
I have applied to enter and to remain in Canada, however how much detail do they need. Shall I provide document number of my past renewed study permit and my first visa to enter to Canada
