Need help with filling the Work Permit Application Form

My PGWP expires in a month. I have already applied for PR, but won't get AOR until after my work permit expires. So I'm applying for an employer-specific work permit (I'm an MPNP skilled worker in Manitoba nominee). I got the Work Permit Support Letter and my employer did the whole Employer Portal thing. My question is however what do I choose for question 3: Same employer or Initial Work Permit? This question made me incredibly confused. Any help is highly appreciated. Thank you!
