Need help with eligibility!

Hello everyone,
I was eligible for the express entry and got a reference number. But when I submitted my application, as soon as I clicked transmit, my application status turned to ineligible and my score was 0. I want to know what is the problem.
In my work history there's a 6 months gab, it's not a continuous 4 years experience. Is this the problem? if not what is?

Your profile did not meet one of the minimum eligibility requirements. You need at least one continuous year of skilled work experience. Did you enter everything correctly? Do you have valid language scores and an ECA?

I have 2 years and a half continuous years of skilled work. and yes as long as I know I did put everything correct I double checked.
