I have received an ITA under CEC and I have already applied last month for my PR and received an AOR. I understand for a BOWP you need both the ITA and the AOR which I have. I have a valid PGWP at the moment which will expire early next month. In addition to this, earlier this year I have also received a Non-EE Nomination from Saskatchewan (SINP) which has an employer restriction. Therefore, I couldn't have claimed any points for my EE profile using that nomination, the ITA I have received was purely based on my Canadian Education and Job.
The dilemma that I am facing right now is, in the IMM 5710e form it asks "Have you been issued a certificate under the Provincial Nomination program?" Should put "Yes" to that question and upload my nomination certificate? or should I put "yes" but not upload the nomination certificate? OR should I put "No" and avoid this confusion altogether? I have seen some people getting rejected on their BOWP application because they haven't provided the Nomination certificate, not sure if they have applied through EE PNP or not. In my case, my nomination was Non-Express Entry and provided no value to my CRS scores. --Please advise.
