hi guys,

i wanna know how to get ARC form/Letter. and what are the steps to getting a form and i have a few questions about them
im currently in Nepal (my first time here and i do not even speak the language), nearest office is in India. so i can't go out all the way there just to ask get info. i want to renter canada to work again and hopefully to see my close friends.

i've been sent to nepal after a failed refugee claimant

anyways here my my questions,

- whats the very first step i should be doing?
- should i be handing them a written letter first to get ARC form?
- if so, do i need to pay them when i send the written letter or do i have to be present at the office when i hand in the letter?
- how or when do i make the payment
- in a written letter, are personal feelings allowed to be expressed?
- also i believe i have 1 year wait penalty, can i still send the application now so that they can check it right after the due date?

i would really appreciate if someone could give me a professional answer rather than a personal opinion or perhaps i prefer from a personal experience,
the do's and dont's

really miss my friends and the life i had :(

thank you

Unfortunately all you are going to get on this forum is personal opinions. If you want a professional opinion you should hire an immigration lawyer or consultant.

Usually you don't file the ARC separately. What you usually do is submit an application for the type of visa you want (e.g. tourist visa, work visa, student visa) or submit an application for immigration - and then the ARC is automatically dealt with along with this application.

What are you trying to do? Return to Canada as a tourist? Immigrate to Canada?

As a failed refugee, it's extremely unlikely that you will be granted a tourist visa, work visa or student visa (even if you get an ARC approved). If you want to return to Canada, you should be applying to immigrate. You can find information about Canada's immigration programs here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp
