Need Help Urgently....WES Online Application

Please help me on my below query :

I have completed my bachelor of engineering from SIMS college which is affiliated to RGPV university.
My university has multiple colleges affiliated to it.
I got the transcript from the university however when I am trying to fill WES application form, it asks Institution name.
my query is whether I should fill College name SIMS or RGPV university under institution name.Also Bachelor of engineering will come under State board of technical education or university degree.Please help..I need to complete the WES online application.

Enter your university name. In Any cases, it wont make much of a difference as your transcripts will have most of the information in it.
