so i know this is not the right thread, i already post the topic under visitors but no help so far, my mother got her vistor permit extended in nov 2014 its expiring in nov 2015 but she needs to travel outside canada to back home for a month or two and then come back, she has been in canada for 3 yrs now on vistor visa, im on WP n applied for my TRV 2 weeks ago, but on the CIC website it says only for study and work permit holders . so where do we send the applciation for her TRV if she is already in canada? or does she need to go back home and apply for TRV from there to the abroad office there?
