Need Help Understanding CAIPS notes please

Received my GCMS/CAIPs notes today. Here goes:

Application status: open, in progress
Met Ministerial Instructions

Assessments:
Eligibility: not started
Security: not started
Criminality: in progress
Due date for Eligibility assessment: 2/15/2012 [Huh? what does this mean? Does it mean they won't even start on my file before next February?]
Due date for security assessment : 2/16/2012

Application assignment was left empty

Total points: 83 (according to CIO)
Age: 10
Education : 20
Work experience: 17
Language: 16
Arranged Employment: 10
Adaptability: 10

It also states that letter of reference for employment is still not verified.

Your thoughts folks?
