Need help understanding 3907E (Pakistan)

Honestly, form 3907E for Pakistan has be the most poorly written form out of all the forms that are part of the sponsorship package. Not only are some of the questions ambiguous, but there's also weird pointless questions in there that only God knows why they're asking.

My rant aside, here's what I'm looking at:

Here's my background info: I've been living in Canada since 2004. I went to Pakistan in September to get married and stayed there from 9/2/2015 to 9/28/2015. My wife is still in Pakistan. Given this info, what answers should my wife (i.e. the applicant) give for questions A and B?

I would put that the sponsor has most recently been physically residing in Canada from 9/2015 to 11/2015 (or put the present, or the date when you send in the application). For when did you see you sponsor last, she should put 9/2015 to 9/2015, in whatever city you two were. If you were in several cities, just put Pakistan.

When the questions don't quite fit your situation, you can add a letter of explanation to that form. I would do so here, explaining the situation as you did above.

I guess you might be right, but the reason I was hesitant to interpret the question that way was because I couldn't think of any reason why they'd want to know that.

I'm going to go by your suggestion for now, but I'd really appreciate it if anyone else could confirm this for me.
