I am currently preparing my application for a study permit to start my study in Winter 2019. While I am preparing the application and filling the form, some information regarding the cost of study is not clear to me so I want to ask about it before applying to avoid any refusal for the study permit.

They ask about the tuition, duration of expected study and funds available.

1- Regarding the tuition fees. They need a number as an input to the tuition field. In the admission letter, the exact tuition fees are not shown, but a link is given instead (https://www.uoguelph.ca/registrar/studentfinance/fees/guelph_gr?fees/guelph_gr=) because tuition fees vary by semester . I tried to evaluate the tuition fees according to the link given, and I got $19,108. Am I right? Will they refuse the application because the exact tuition fees are not explicitly mentioned?

2- Regarding duration of study, the exact date to be included in the "To" field is not known to me. So what date should I write? The admission letter indicates that the expected duration of the study is 12 semesters.

3- Regarding the funds available, it is mentioned in the admission letter that the scholarship provides a total of $78,000 for 9 semesters, however, the expected duration of the degree is 12 semesters. According to the CIC website, I need a proof of fund for tuition fees+$10,000 a year. So what do I write in the funds available? is it 78000/3=$26,000 or 78000/4 = $19,500? Both options are not sufficient for accepting the applications. Do I need to have another proof of funding other than the funding statement received?

4- The application asks for the exact amount of the tuition fees and the finishing date to be included in the letter, but they are not included. I just want to submit the required documents without any lack of the data required to avoid application refusal.

I read about so many refusals in this forums so that got me a bit worried before starting my application.
