Need Help-Tracking Application

Hello All,

I have applied for Canadian PR under Canadian Experience class, the application package is received by CIC Sydney NS ,Canada on 30th Dec 2014(as shown by Courier site).
After that I have not got any acknowledgement/ Confirmation from the CIC regarding my application.
I am not sure where my application is in and in which status. I tried calling the various numbers i got from the forum/site.
But I did not get any satisfactory answers and they said they do not support outside Canada.
I also sent a mail at CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry@cic.gc.ca, but a delivery failure message.

Request you all to please help me in tracking my application, as it was having my original IELTS result.
Please tell me Whom to contact where to contact ,any mail id or number.

I contacted IELTS team also , and they are not issuing duplicate IELTS result.

Unfortunately your application is going to be returned to you unprocessed. The cap for CEC was reached weeks earlier.

You should start the process of applying under Express Entry.

Yes, CEC cap full around 20th oct 2014 .
Please file a new set of application under EE

Hi,

You should apply for Express entry now and about the ielts you can ask from the ielts office by refer them you need seal and sign for immigration purpose. i think so can apply online for another copy.refer link

Yes Unfortunately at the time your application received at CIC the cap was already reached. So after that they returned the packages to the applicants.
If you are worrying about your package that you sent to CIC, it will be return to your address that you put in the application forms.
For your IELTS report you can order another one from IELTS office, I know one of my friend he ordered a duplicate copy.

Yes I am planning to apply for Express entry.But the problem is I am not getting my IELTS result and without that I cant apply for Express entry
I tried contacting the IELTS team but they are clearly telling, they wont issue duplicate result without any proof.
I did not get any aknowledgement/confirmation from the CIC canada which I can produce to IELTS team as a proof.
I am looking for some time acknoledgement from the CIC team.
I dont know what is the next step.
