Need help to write letter of explanation

Me (Pr) my husband Outland need help to write the letter about this 3 points of proof of relationship as we aren't living together.
1-proof of joint utilities(gas,electricity,)
2-proof of joint residential property or lease
3-proof of government documents showing the same address
Please give me some advices how to start it as i have never done a letter of explanation .i would be very grateful
