Hi all,
My parents visitor visa got rejected twice with reason - insufficient funds , no strong ties in home country. Please let me know your thoughts if I could still apply for them super visa even though their visa was rejected. What would be chances of approval. Do I need to go through an immigration service or can I do it by myself.

Immigration service would not increase chances of approval. Yes, you could apply for super visa after regular ones were refused.
