Need help to select NOC (1122 or 4163)

Dear All,

Greetings!

I am writing to get your help on selecting my proper NOC as I am confused between 1122 and 4163. Please see below my Roles and Responsibilities that might help you to understand the nature of my work.

Role 1: Executive, Sales Information Analyst

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze business information including sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators and provide meaningful insights to the stakeholders with strategic direction
  • Manage information and prepare daily dashboards and weekly and monthly reports for the stakeholders
  • Production distribution to more than 400 depots Nationally
  • Calculate sales incentive for field force and release accurate incentive on time
  • Provide training to field and office executives on reading sales reports and basic excel

Role 2: Senior Executive, Sales and Information

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of a team member
  • Ensure accuracy in production planning to avoid product shortage in depot/ distributor warehouses
  • Reduce field force incentive delay and ensure accuracy for sales incentive for more than 7 thousand field force through improvising disbursement process
  • Analyze business information including sales, inventory and other key performance indicators and provide meaningful insights to the stakeholders with strategic direction
  • Manage information and prepare daily dashboards and weekly and monthly reports for the stakeholders
  • Production distribution to more than 400 depots Nationally
  • Calculate sales incentive for field force and release accurate incentive on time

Role 3: Assistant Manager, Sales and Information

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day activities and of a team member
  • Help management on strategic decision making by providing insights on sales, inventory, industry movement, market intelligence and other relevant business information
  • Manage information and prepare daily dashboards and weekly and monthly reports for the stakeholders
  • Ensure proper development and assess internal sales force automation tool named Drishti
  • Introduce and implement automation tools for process development and ensure efficiency
  • Production distribution to more than 400 depots Nationally
  • Calculate sales incentive for field force and release accurate incentive on time
  • Ensured smooth transition of all the business tools and processes of the organization which is relevant with sales information and analysis during business acquisition


Role 4: Business Insights Specialist

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day activities and of a team member
  • Ensure proper monitoring of all key performance indicators by utilizing all sorts of information available
  • Deep dive into ongoing business performance, find out WHAT, HOW, WHY, and provide possible solutions to overcome any problem
  • Active involvement in business planning including product launch and trade offers
  • Active involvement in brand volume target setting that supports yearly commitments
  • Full ownership of data reporting, dashboard, and information communication
  • Scheduled reporting, tracking & ad hoc dashboard, report, and analysis request by management to enable actionable decisions to be made
  • Do periodical consumer and trade research to gather market information and feedback
  • Implementation of Business Analytics tools like Power BI, Arc GIS, Program Planning Tool, and other Business Intelligence & cross-functional projects
  • Help the business with process automation, optimization and be involved in other technological projects
