As a truck driver, you are not actually considered a skilled worker but there are still ways for you to immigrate. You'd first need to get a job and a work permit and you need this job to be in BC, AB or SK because those provinces will let an employer sponsor a truck driver employee for permanent residency. Getting a job in Canada when you need a work permit isn't always easy though.

Since you are young enough, you may qualify for a working holiday visa for one year, that will get you an open work permit and you could have a bit of an easier time getting your foot in the door with an employer but they may not give it to you since you have a family.
