need help to fill up citizenship form

I need few advise to fill citizenship form:

1.for adult application on 6G : child section: there are boxes Date from & date to after Lives in Canada and before Name of instituation. what should i type here. when child came to canada or when child started school??

2. If paid online for adult & child togather, should we make 2 copies of payment receipt to attach with adult & child application?? we are going to send in same envelope.

3. should we write letter of explanation that child has been attending school for last 3 years out of 4 years as he had to start kindergarden at the age of 5. now he is in grade 2.

1. This is MINOR Education History you should enter the child’s school history and NOT when came to Canada (In the MINOR form you could ENTER the when the child arrived to Canada)

2. One copy of the receipt is enough because you are sending both ADULT and MINOR together in one envelope).

3. If the child school history more than the given field in the form, you can attached a continuation sheet. (if your child attended school outside Canada, you may well attach a cover letter with overseas school record).

Yes. Please, explain child situation when he started school, otherwise CIC will consider as missing school history and may return your application.

Some other person here in this forum had this issue before.

should we write name & date of birrth back of photo or just stamp from studio for date???

can i use my child's passport as proof of ID?

Hi Redstone,

You can write child's name on the back of the photos, and you can send passport copy, PR card copy both sides, and School ID (which you can request a copy from the admin office in the school), or copy of health card both sides. I'm sure you have all these and these should be more than enough for them to process your application.

Thanks a lot Rizom123...... today i sent application. how long it may take to rcv any acknowlegment? do they send AOR if file is OK?
