Need help to fill the form

Hi All,

We are a family of 3 (including myself, wife and the kid). I have decided to apply for immigration only for myself at the moment.

While filling the application form I have the following questions:

1) Question 3 - Indicate the total number of family members included in your application .... Should I give 1 or 3...
2) Should I add the dependents in the general form?
3) Where else should I mention that dependents are not accompanying now (other than Question 11 - whether or not, your dependant will accompany you to Canada)
4) What could be the valid reasons for not accompanying that will not lead to rejection?

I have decided to apply for immigration only for myself at the moment.( Dont do this i will strongly recommend you . otherwise you r doing misrepresentation of your case. and at later stage m afraid visa office may reject your application. you must include your family in your application either they will accompany to you in Canada or not )

1) Question 3 - Indicate the total number of family members included in your application .... Should I give 1 or 3...if applying for yourself only then 1 if for all then 3
2) Should I add the dependents in the general form? if applying for yourself then no otherwise include them
3) Where else should I mention that dependents are not accompanying now (other than Question 11 - whether or not, your dependant will accompany you to Canada) ( in IMM008 form they will ask you either dependent will accompany with you or not , you can write there they will not accompany with you.)
4) What could be the valid reasons for not accompanying that will not lead to rejection? i think you are only the person that knows why they will not accompany with you.
