Hello po i'm new in this site please help naman po, my bf posted a question here and so far got no answer.
sabi kasi he will need to show his net income prior for 12 months which wala kami maipakita kasi dito na sya
sa Philippines over 1 year. Anu po kaya magandang gawin namin? We want to apply spousal visa para maisama nya ako
sa Canada. Ayaw nya kasi umuwi ng di ako kasama. Please, please i need advice.

There's a much higher chance someone will answer you if you ask your question in English.

We wrote it in English, but as i said we got no answer yet, Thanks for the advice.
I wrote it in Tagalog hoping their are Filipinas out there who have a situation like mine
or if they have any idea about my situation. My husband has been in the Philippines for over 1 year so his net income for the year previous to filling out the application will be $0. How/is there a possibility that it will get denied? does anyone has experience with this type of situation?
answer will be very appreciated.

There is not 1 simple answer, a lot of factors are taken into account by CIC. Although there is no income requirement for the sponsor who is sponsoring a spouse, with a $0 income application your husband should write an explanation letter that his residence in the Phillippines is temporary until _____(date). He may also need to prove to CIC that he will be relocating to Canada prior or at the time you get your approval for PR. It is very likely that even once he is approved as sponsor you and him will need to provide evidence to the visa officer on how you and your husband will support yourself when back in Canada i.e. family in Canada will be helping to support you until you and husband establish yourself etc.

Is your husband a Citizen?

Thanks that's very big relief on our side right now. Yes he is a citizen in Canada.

That's good, at least you will not encounter a residency issue. :)

Just make sure you provide CIC with explanation/information and you will be ok.
