Need help regarding T4

HI! I am a livein caregiver, my work permit will expire this MArch 2015. Having said that, I have to submit my application on first week of february to comply with the -"must apply 30 days before the visa expire". I will be applying under Option 2 (3900 hrs). One of the requirement for PR application is the " record of wages and the deduction submitted to the CRA by emplyer" - i believe this is the T4. T4's are not given by employer until the end of february. I have to submit my application, the latest is Feb 5, 2015. Will it be okay to submit without the T4? or i really have to include it. Should i just extend my work permit? then apply for PR? please help! any suggestions?

You can email CIC soft copy of your T4 and Notice of assessment later as well. Mention the same in the cover letter as well. But make sure to keep the pay stubs and employer reference letter etc. with the application.

Its better for you to extend your work permit and regarding the extension of work permit you can apply 3 months before your work permit expires, i applied 2 1/2 months before ng wp expires via online application and recieved an emailed that it has been approved 10 days after.
