I have two questions and I'd appreciate if someone can help me:
1. How can I apply for OWP at the same time as spousal sponsorship? Does the whole application go to Mississauga? Is it just checking a check box in spousal sponsorship or should I fill out separate forms for it?
This is my scenario:
- I live in Canada and hold a study permit which expires April 30, 2017.
- My wife (citizen) is sponsoring me and our package is almost ready to be posted
- I won't be able graduate by April 30, 2017 and I am not sure if I can extend my study permit by then
What should I do? What's the best course of action?
