Hello frnds & seniors,, Plz helpppp
I went to Canada in 2011 for study visa. After completing my studies i worked for one year on my PGWP and then i moved back in 2013 to my home country.
Now, again i want to go on study visa. My questions are-
1) What are my chances of getting study visa now?
2) Will i get now PGWP after completion of my studies?
Plz help me as i want to go in sept intake
your comments will be appreciated

1) You probably have a good chance of being approved if the program you want to take now is at a more advanced level than the program you took previously in Canada (e.g. you previously completed a Bachelors here and now want to do a Masters).
2) No - you will not qualify for a second PGWP. You can only hold the PGWP once and you have already used up yours.

Thanks scylla for your reply
yes i was also thinking to do masters in university of B.c or university of manitoba. so after completing is there any way that i can work there legally or get work permit.

To work after you finish your degree, you would need to find an employer who is willing to offer you a job and able to get an approved Labour Market Opinion. You could then apply for a closed work permit (tied to that specific employer) based on the job offer and LMO.

really appreciate your reply scyalla but one thing more i want to ask you-
if i want to come as tourist now what are my chances to get the visa....
