Need Help Regarding Ontario PNP

Hi,

I have a few things to ask about my situation.
I have been working as a manager in Montreal for 3 years. Am I eligible for Ontario PNP while residing in Ottawa and working in Montreal?

Please help me to find an answer and give me a few suggestions about PR applications.
