Need help regarding applying for Canadian Visa

Hi,

I am looking forward to apply for Canadian Visa as I want to do my further studies over there.


I am accepted my York Univerisity in Toronto for the winter Jan 2013 semester.

My Brother did the admission for me, who is currently working over there after finishing his Accounting studies from Memorial University.


I just downloaded the form from UAE Canadian Embassy Website

I live in Kuwait, and there is no Canadian Embassy in this country, so I got to send the documents to UAE.

I am currently confused with
Temporary residency Visa and Student Permit, are those two different things.

Currently I have filled up the
Application form [IMM1294]
Family Information [IMM 5645]


I am confused should I fill this
Schedule 1 – Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside of Canada [IMM5257 –
Schedule 1]

as I did not Check "yes" for any of the background information in the Application form [IMM1294]


It would be really helpful if someone experienced help me out with this !

I really got to many questions as I want to submit the application at once without any delay due to incomplete information

And What about the
Custodian Form (why we need that for )
Representative form.


I am doing it myself, and shipping via Aramex to UAE.
