hi guys,

My visa has been rejected for may and i applied for caips file check and i got result that cic dont think that i am NOT a bonafide student (got 59 % marks in Senior secondary and 54 % in graduation, IELTS - 7 bands, having a 4 year gap and gap filled with my job) can somebody tell me that how should i amend than like i already applied for september intake..
please help !!!

seniors ??
please help !!!! :(

is there anyone who can help ??
i am very stressed :(

What ere the reasons given to you on rejection letter ?

they said that my academics marks are too low and study there is not my primary intention ):

54 in graduation??

Are you applying for post graduate or undergraduate school??

Dude 54% is extremely low... You won't get your visa even if you apply again... I think so... A country like Canada doesn't want someone with such low grades.. It's not good for the country..

In which field you got you degree ?

In whgich field you have your experiance ?

You can choose a rellevant course with your previous exp. or studies . Choose PG diploma or a course which dont downgrades your studies .

Write a good SOP explaing why you got low grades if you have some reasons and how your choosed course can help you in future . You might get visa , you have all the chances if evrything is correct .

Donnt worry , as i have cases in which students got visa with even 48% .. :)

I have degree in humanities and experience in retail, applied for PGD in human resource management in University. i got caips and they didnt mention that course is irrelevant. so i believe that study i choose is ok but previous academics are low. but what should i write in SOP ??
any idea about that ?

thanks for your View (y)

They will not tell you exactly , if they said you are not a bonafide student means your course choise is irrelevant / your work exp desnt matches / your grades and other things which show that you intention to come to canada isn't studying .

And in your SOP you can write how your choosed course can help you achieve your future goals, how it is related to your studies / exp ( if there is some cinfusion ) . What are your future plans and all that stuff which shows you are a genuine student and have a posstitve attitude towards studying in Canada

well i believe that the course will be not a problem and in caips they clearly said that weak academic profile and study is not primary intention.
