Hi Everyone,
I received my ITA couple of days back. I am trying to fill up the forms generated first. I have some issue regarding my son's ID document being asked on the form.
Let me Explain the scenario first,
1. I am getting divorce on August 10th 2015.
2. my Wife will be taking the custody of my son.
3. My son wont be coming to Canada.
4. He is 8 Years old and have No ID Document prepared by Government.
5. Wife is not willing to help me with getting the document ready.
6. I do have my son's Birth Certificate and we are going to request the Judge to Mention as much details as possible on the Divorce Judgement.
My Questions are::
1. Do i still have to mention that i have a child on the questionnaire even though he will never be accompanying me in Canada?
2. If Yes, is it possible i submit my Passport in His ID Document and Put brief Explanation on LOE later on along with Birth Certificate and Court Judgement?
Thanks in Advance
