Can any one tell that, on property evaluation papers is it mendatory to mention "Evaluation for Study Visa"....

As per the Visa Checklist (India), it’s not required to submit Property Valuation Papers.
I quote Visa Checklist:
“DO NOT PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS UNLESS REQUESTED TO DO SO BY A VISA OFFICER. Example of documents not to be submitted with study permit applications include: fixed deposits, property documents, documents from chartered accountants, jewellery assessments, life insurance policies”
