I am a resident of UAE. Indian citizen

Have the required amount for POF but dont know which is the right way to display it as POF.

1) My father in law can give me money as gift deed in UAE. But he has not maintained his bank balance so cant show his bank statement. Also, he is commission based so we can't show his salary certificate.

2) Me and my spouse have joint account, however the funds are not maintained for 6 months.

3) Can i show my salary current account as supporting account? However, i have started maintaining balance in salary account past 3 months only.

4) Can i take money as gift deed from UAE account to Indian NRE account and making affidavit from India?

5) My spouse has business in UAE on his name. Can he make gift deed or affidavit in my name and transfer the funds to our joint account?

1. His bank statement is not required. neither salary certificate. Gift deed will be enough.
2. If the funds are maintained for 3 months, then also you can file PR.
3. You can
4. Yes you can
